Successfully obtained judgment for HSBC in excess of $90m, including interest plus costs, in the high-profi le AHAB fraud case. AHAB’s capitulation on day four of the trial in consenting to a judgment against it for the full amount sought was a spectacular result that refl ected the excellent performance of the Reed Smith team.
